Job summary
AdventHealth in Apopka, Florida is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Supervisor to oversee training, onboarding, and professional development for the pharmacy technician team. Qualifications
- 3+ years of practice experience in an integrated health care system of three or more hospitals
- 3+ years of contemporary hospital pharmacy experience
- RPhT license required; CPhT or PTCB certification required
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversees training programs and mentors technicians.
- Leads onboarding, competency validation, and peer development.
- Champions professionalism, accountability, and teamwork.
- Coordinates daily workflow and shift operations.
- Ensures compliance with policies and safety standards.
- Serves as subject matter expert in advanced pharmacy services.
