Qualifications

• PTCB or ExCPT certification required (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in pharmacy operations under supervision of the pharmacist, including filling prescriptions and verifying medicine.
• Enter patient and drug information into pharmacy systems and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, unpacking, and stocking pharmaceuticals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and help customers locate products.
• Handle non-urgent calls to physicians and process third-party claims processing.
