Qualifications

• PTCB or ExCPT certification required (except in Puerto Rico).
• At least 1 year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
• Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire (except in Community Specialty Pharmacy, Health System Pharmacy locations, or in locations where this role is covered under a collective bargaining agreement)

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist with entering and processing prescriptions and verifying information.
• Support pharmacy workflow and inventory management.
• Direct customers to OTC aisles and assist with product location.
• Process third-party claims and handle clerical duties for Rx services.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and quality programs and assist in clinical services as needed.
