Job summary

Qualifications include a PTCB/ExCPT certification, at least one year of retail or hospital pharmacy experience, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• PTCB or ExCPT certification required (except Puerto Rico).
• Minimum one year of pharmacy technician experience in retail or hospital setting.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. (Except in Puerto Rico).
• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
• Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire (except in Community Specialty Pharmacy, Health System Pharmacy locations, or in locations where this role is covered under a collective bargaining agreement)

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists with prescription processing and dispensing.
• Enter patient and drug information into pharmacy systems.
• Assist in schedule and workflow management for the pharmacy team.
• Lead and participate in inventory management and medication stocking.
• Support Good Faith Dispensing and pharmacy policies.
• Handle customer inquiries and help with OTC products as needed.
