Job summary

Qualifications

• PTCB certification (except in Puerto Rico).
• One year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in patient care including registration, prescription data entry, preparation of medications, counting and verification (where allowed by law).
• Conduct patient and physician calls under supervision of a pharmacist and assist with healthcare service offerings (vaccines, screenings).
• Lead scheduling, training, and performance management of pharmacy technicians; ensure compliant and efficient workflow.
