Job summary

AdventHealth South Overland Park is seeking an Advanced Pharmacy Technician IV to join our hospital pharmacy team. This full-time day-shift role covers expert-level duties across sterile and hazardous compounding, controlled substances, automation, and quality improvement to support patient-centered care.

You will lead inventory management, ensure regulatory compliance, mentor technicians, and collaborate with pharmacists and leadership to advance safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Two years of contemporary hospital pharmacy experience required.
• Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPhT) required.
• National certification (CPhT or NHA) required.
• Strong leadership and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced pharmacy operations and training.
• Oversee inventory management and regulatory compliance.
