Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of hospital pharmacy operations and medication safety.
• Experience with sterile compounding, hazardous drugs, and controlled substances.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards (USP <795/797/800>, DEA, OSHA).
• Ability to lead initiatives, train staff, and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-level inventory management and formulary compliance.
• Oversee controlled substance inventory and diversion prevention.
• Conduct audits for medication safety, cost containment, and quality.
• Mentor technicians, support recruitment, and succession planning.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and leadership to optimize services.
