Job summary

Qualifications

• PTCB or ExCPT certification required (except in Puerto Rico).
• At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience in retail or hospital.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in dispensing prescriptions and pharmacy duties.
• Enter patient and drug information and check for interactions.
• Support inventory management and cash handling.
• Report prescription errors and adhere to quality programs.
• Coordinate with Walgreens healthcare clinics and external providers.
