Qualifications

• PTCB or ExCPT certification (except in Puerto Rico).
• One year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
• Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire (except in Community Specialty Pharmacy, Health System Pharmacy locations, or in locations where this role is covered under a collective bargaining agreement)

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications and managing workflow under supervision.
• Enter patient and drug information into pharmacy systems and verify accuracy.
• Support inventory management, ordering, stocking, and routine clerical tasks.
• Provide customer service and help guide customers to OTC products.
• Review Rx KPIs with Store Manager and Healthcare Supervisor and assist in improving performance.
