Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to assist under pharmacist supervision in a busy retail pharmacy. You will enter patient data, fill prescriptions, verify medications, and support inventory management while delivering excellent customer care.

Expect to handle a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, and pursue immunization certification within 90 days where required. Prior Walgreens experience is a plus, with fluency in English and strong math and PC skills.

Qualifications

• PTCB or ExCPT certification required (except in Puerto Rico).
• One year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Assist in pharmacy practice under pharmacist supervision.
• Enter patient and drug information into pharmacy systems.
