Job summary

Michigan Medicine is seeking a Pharmacy Supply Chain - Business Systems Analyst Sr to support 340B program operations, financial analytics, and PBM contracting within the Pharmacy Supply Chain Contracting team.

The role will analyze business processes, collaborate with stakeholders, and translate needs into technology-enabled solutions to improve efficiency and reporting across Michigan Medicine.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field with 3–5 years of related experience, or equivalent combination.
• Intermediate: Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years of related experience, or equivalent combination.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in a diverse, multidisciplinary team and interact with all levels of the organization.
• Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support 340B program operations, financial analytics, purchasing optimization, PBM contracting, and strategic initiatives.
• Analyze business processes and identify operational and system improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into technology-enabled solutions.
• Develop and maintain financial reporting related to 340B purchasing, savings, and contract pharmacy performance.
• Assist with PBM-related programs, vendor relationships, and financial reconciliation.
