Job summary

Michigan Medicine seeks a Pharmacy Initiatives Specialist to assess the pharmacy health care market and plan future scenarios. You will develop adaptive business strategies and report to the Pharmacy Executive Leadership team to shape enterprise initiatives.

Qualifications

• MBA or MHA or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years health care work experience in pharmacy or equivalent health care service field.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience coordinating cross-department initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develops and assists in the execution of Michigan Medicine Pharmacy strategic plans and initiatives across Ambulatory Pharmacy.
• Advise senior leadership on strategic affiliations, network development opportunities, and cross-enterprise initiatives.
• Develop and utilize analytics to drive decision-making and measure KPIs before and after initiatives.
• Identify solutions and recommendations for varying complexity of issues and partner with strategic affiliates.
