Job summary

Qualifications

• MBA or MHA or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 8 years of health care work experience in pharmacy or related field.
• Strong communication, change management, and analytical abilities.
• Experience advising senior leadership on cross-department initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes strategic pharmacy initiatives across ambulatory settings.
• Advise senior leadership on cross-enterprise initiatives and partnerships.
• Coordinate strategic plans, affiliations and network development opportunities.
• Utilize analytics to drive decision-making and measure KPIs before/after initiatives.
