Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy, LLC, a leading long-term care pharmacy provider in Missouri, seeks an experienced Account Manager to drive new business and expand services within nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and related care settings.

You will lead the annual sales plan, nurture client relationships, and ensure profitability while maintaining high service standards through collaboration with operations and client staff.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' new sales or account management experience in LTC, assisted living, skilled nursing, or geriatric facilities.
• Pharmacy operations system experience preferred/required.
• Ability to work independently and deliver to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual sales plan.
• Nurture and develop existing relationships and new business.
• Ensure maximum customer adoption rates in all facilities serviced.
• Market local business as a preferred provider to facility residents and families.
• Ensure profitability targets for the business unit.
• Maintain client contracts and relationships with an expert advisor stance.
• Act as liaison with operations to maintain high service levels.
• Provide consulting services to client facilities to assist in compliance.
• Provide in-service training to client staff and pharmacy staff.
• May supervise Account Managers and conduct annual reviews.
