Job summary

Guardian of the Heartland in Fenton, Missouri is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to drive new client acquisition and expand sales with existing customers.

You will develop annual sales plans, build a sustainable pipeline, evaluate profitability of new business, and lead the Account Management team to deliver superior service.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or account management preferred.

Responsibilities

• As a key member of the local management team, assist in the achievement of the budget through sales to new clients, increasing sales to existing clients.
• Responsible for developing the annual Sales Plan and building a sustainable sales pipeline for the pharmacy.
• Evaluate potential profitability of any new business prior to proposal.
• Responsible for building a positive working relationship with all clients by resolving issues/problems, advising clients on regulatory issues, and training client staff as needed.
• Responsible for supervision and development of Account Management team to provide superior service to both internal and external customer groups.
