Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a college degree or equivalent experience
• Requires 10 years of prior relevant experience, including 4 years of management experience
• Requires prior experience in presenting pharmacy program value and observations to clients, brokers, and consultants
• Requires prior experience in pharmacy benefit client contracting with understanding of pharmacy contracting tactics and marketplace requirements
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written skills with the ability to understand and convey complex ideas to audience with diverse backgrounds
• Strong business acumen with proven experience in strategy development and planning
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Responsibilities

• Lead the pharmacy accounts and sales support team to support employer group account management and client renewal
• Support membership growth and retention strategies and initiatives
• Contribute to new membership acquisition activities for fully insured and self-funded pharmacy membership
• Support pharmacy products and initiative strategies development
• Collaborate with senior leaders to drive results and foster continuous learning
