Job summary

Blue Shield of California is seeking a Sr. Manager, Program and Project Management to lead the pharmacy accounts and sales support team, drive employer group account management, and support client renewals and new membership acquisition for both fully insured and self-funded plans.

Qualifications

• Requires a college degree or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of prior relevant experience, including 4 years of management experience.
• Experience presenting pharmacy program value to clients, brokers, and consultants.
• Experience in pharmacy benefit client contracting with understanding of contracting tactics and marketplace requirements.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written skills for diverse audiences.
• Strong business acumen with experience in strategy development and planning.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
