Job summary

Blue Shield of California is seeking a Sr. Manager, Program and Project Management to lead the pharmacy accounts and sales support team and drive membership growth for fully insured and self-funded plans.

Qualifications

• Requires college degree or equivalent experience.
• Requires 10 years of experience, including 4 years in management.
• Experience presenting pharmacy program value to clients, brokers and consultants.
• Experience in pharmacy benefit client contracting with understanding of contracting tactics and marketplace requirements.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written skills; ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences is preferred.
• Strong business acumen with proven strategy development and planning experience is preferred.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) preferred.
