Job summary

Cambia Health seeks an Assistant Director Product Owner - Pharmacy to lead strategy and delivery of Pharmacy capabilities within a hybrid office model across multiple locations. The role partners with Pharmacy, Clinical Operations, Technology, Analytics, Finance and external partners to drive measurable outcomes and a member-focused experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, health care administration, clinical discipline, finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 6 years of experience in product management, health plan operations, healthcare, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own the Pharmacy product strategy and roadmap, aligning priorities to member needs, affordability, clinical outcomes, regulatory requirements, and enterprise goals.
• Lead and develop Product Owners and team members, creating clear accountability for outcomes, priorities, and delivery.
• Partner with pharmacy, business, and technology leaders to translate strategic needs into prioritized capabilities and executable work.
• Oversee changes required to support evolving Pharmacy capabilities and coordinate dependencies across teams.
• Use measures to evaluate performance, identify gaps, and guide continuous improvement.
