Cambia Health is hiring an Assistant Director Product Owner for Pharmacy in a hybrid role. You will lead Pharmacy capabilities, translate business needs into actionable roadmaps, and drive measurable outcomes across Pharmacy, Clinical Operations, Technology, and Analytics.

As a people leader, you will develop Product Owners, collaborate with senior leadership, and manage vendor partnerships, ensuring alignment with regulatory and financial goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, health care administration, clinical discipline, finance, or related field.
• 6 years of experience in product management, health plan operations, healthcare, insurance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Willing to learn and grow in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Own the Pharmacy product strategy and roadmap, aligning priorities to member needs, affordability, clinical outcomes, regulatory requirements, and enterprise goals.
• Lead and develop Product Owners and team members, creating clear accountability for outcomes, priorities, and delivery.
• Partner with pharmacy, business, and technology leaders to translate strategic and operational needs into prioritized capabilities, requirements, and executable work.
• Oversee operational, benefit, process, data, integration, vendor, and systems changes required to support evolving Pharmacy capabilities.
• Coordinate complex PBM and vendor dependencies, ensuring integrations, implementation activities, and operational readiness are aligned across teams.
