Cambia Health seeks an Assistant Director Product Owner for Pharmacy to lead strategy, roadmaps, and delivery across Pharmacy teams. You will guide Product Owners and collaborate with Clinical Operations, Technology, Analytics, and Finance to drive measurable outcomes and vendor partnerships.

The role emphasizes leadership, regulatory alignment, and driving end-to-end readiness for evolving pharmacy capabilities within a hybrid work model.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, health care administration, clinical discipline, finance, or related field.
• 6 years of experience in product management, health plan operations, healthcare, insurance, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy benefits, PBM operations, formulary or benefit administration, pharmacy clinical programs, or related health plan workflows.
• Proven ability to translate pharmacy, clinical, operational, and regulatory needs into product strategy, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Pharmacy product strategy and roadmap, aligning priorities to member needs and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and develop Product Owners and team members, creating clear accountability for outcomes.
• Partner with pharmacy, business, and technology leaders to translate strategic needs into capabilities and requirements.
• Oversee changes to support evolving Pharmacy capabilities and ensure operational readiness.
• Coordinate complex PBM and vendor dependencies across teams.
