Job summary

Cambia Health in Salt Lake City, UT and other offices is seeking an Assistant Director Product Owner - Pharmacy for a hybrid role (3 days in office). You will lead pharmacy product strategy, define roadmaps, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated capabilities that improve member experience and reduce costs.

You will mentor Product Owners, translate pharmacy, clinical, and regulatory needs into executable roadmaps, and drive end-to-end readiness with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, health care administration, clinical discipline, finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in product management, health plan operations, healthcare, insurance, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own the Pharmacy product strategy and roadmap aligned to member needs, affordability, clinical outcomes, regulatory requirements, and enterprise goals.
• Lead and develop Product Owners and team members, creating clear accountability for outcomes, priorities, and delivery.
• Partner with pharmacy, business, and technology leaders to translate strategic and operational needs into prioritized capabilities, requirements, and executable work.
• Oversee operational, benefit, process, data, integration, vendor, and systems changes required to support evolving Pharmacy capabilities.
• Coordinate complex PBM and vendor dependencies, ensuring integrations, implementation activities, and operational readiness are aligned across teams.
• Use financial, utilization, quality, member, and operational measures to evaluate performance, identify gaps, and guide continuous improvement.
