Job summary

Cambia Health seeks an Assistant Director Product Owner - Pharmacy for a hybrid role with 3 days in office across multiple locations. You will lead pharmacy product strategy, roadmaps, and cross-functional teams to deliver member-focused and financially sustainable healthcare solutions.

You will translate complex needs into prioritized capabilities, manage vendor relationships, and drive end-to-end readiness while championing continuous improvement and AI-enabled analytics.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of pharmacy benefits, PBM operations, formulary or benefit administration.
• Ability to translate pharmacy, clinical, operational, and regulatory needs into product strategy and roadmaps.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across Pharmacy, Clinical Operations, Technology, Product, Analytics, Finance, and vendor partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the Pharmacy product strategy and roadmap aligned to member needs, affordability, clinical outcomes, regulatory requirements, and enterprise goals.
• Lead Product Owners and team members with clear accountability for outcomes and delivery.
• Partner with pharmacy, business, and technology leaders to translate strategic needs into capabilities and executable work.
• Oversee changes to support evolving Pharmacy capabilities including data, integration, and vendor dependencies.
• Coordinate PBM and vendor dependencies to ensure aligned integrations and readiness.
• Use metrics to evaluate performance, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
