Qualifications

• Active Wyoming Pharmacy Technician license.
• PTCB or NHA certification required.
• 6+ months of healthcare customer service experience.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook).
• Able to work rotating shifts including evenings and weekends and on-call.

Responsibilities

• Manage high volume calls (about 50+ daily) with professionalism.
• Process prior authorizations across multiple systems with accuracy.
• Provide clinical information and resolve formulary issues promptly.
• Document interactions per regulatory and contractual requirements.
