Telecommuting options are available with shift flexibility. The ideal candidate will hold Wyoming Pharmacy Technician licensure, PTCB or ExCPT, and have 6+ months of healthcare customer

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Wyoming Pharmacy Technician license.
• PTCB or ExCPT certification required or current certification via NHA.
• 6+ months of healthcare customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer high volume inbound/outbound calls for prior authorizations.
• Process prior authorizations across multiple systems with accuracy.
• Resolve formulary and benefit issues per reference materials.
• Document interactions per regulatory and contract requirements.
