Qualifications

• Wyoming Pharmacy Technician license active and unrestricted.
• PTCB or ExCPT with NHA certification.
• At least 6 months of healthcare customer service experience.
• Basic proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Wyoming resident location and availability for shifts 5:00 AM–12:00 AM.
• Currently located in Wyoming.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls for prior authorizations.
• Provide clinical and reference information for formulary/benefit issues.
• Process prior authorizations across multiple computer systems per policies.
• Resolve issues and complaints in a timely manner for customers and providers.
• Support pharmacist consultations with gathered member data.
