Remote work is available for qualified candidates residing in listed states; strong attention to detail and regulatory compliance are essential, along with excellent communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician licensure or registration required per state of residence.
• PTCB certification required or in process.
• ExCPT or equivalent certification accepted by business.
• 6+ months of customer service or healthcare-related experience.
• Proficient with basic MS Office and navigating multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume calls from providers, members, and partners with accuracy and professionalism.
• Review and process prior authorization requests across multiple systems.
• Gather and verify required member, provider, medication, and plan details.
• Route complex cases to pharmacists or clinicians for escalation when needed.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, privacy, and security requirements.
• Document actions and outcomes in case management systems.
• Support patient safety and quality initiatives through accurate data entry.
