AdventHealth Orlando is seeking a seasoned Pharmacist Leader to manage operations and programs of assigned pharmacy areas, including staffing, hiring, terminations, evaluations, and coaching for technicians and pharmacists. You will schedule staff to meet productivity targets and collaborate with campus leadership to resolve medication-related issues.

Qualificações

Doctorate in Pharmacy required.
Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS) preferred.
Master's degree in healthcare leadership or related field preferred.
Licensed Pharmacist (RPH) required.

Responsabilidades

Manage operations and programs of assigned pharmacy areas, including staffing, hiring, terminations, evaluations, and coaching for staff.
Schedule pharmacy employees to meet productivity targets and department objectives.
Collaborate with campus leadership to resolve medication-related issues and implement campus strategies.
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and regulatory requirements; optimize medication use and minimize waste.
