Orlando Health, Inc. is seeking an experienced pharmacy leader to coordinate and oversee pharmacy services under the direction of the Director of Pharmacy Services. The role involves directing staff, implementing policies, and ensuring regulatory compliance to deliver high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include leading the leadership team, managing personnel issues, and collaborating with clinical staff to develop programs and training for team members and service areas.

Formación

• Pharmacy degree required (BS or Pharm.D.).
• Two years hospital pharmacy practice with one year supervisory experience or ASHP-accredited residency with supervisory experience.
• Must be licensed by the Florida Board of Pharmacy or obtain licensure within 4 months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate development and implementation of systems and policies for pharmacy services.
• Participate in Process Improvement and Quality Management programs and ensure compliance.
• Lead management meetings to plan and implement new services and policies.
• Supervise team scheduling and performance evaluations for pharmacists and technicians.
• Ensure Safety and Infection Control compliance and legal requirements are met.
