Qualifications

• Active Florida Pharmacist License with Immunization Certification.
• 7 years of retail pharmacy experience with management.
• BLS CPR certification current.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operations of the pharmacy department.
• Dispense and verify prescriptions as required.
• Follow all medication guidelines and policies (HIPAA, SOP, QA, CQI).
• Supervise staff including pharmacists and technicians.
• Manage inventory and ensure licenses are current.
• Provide patient counseling on medications and therapies.
• Resolve third-party issues and ensure accurate claims.
