Job summary

Orlando Health, Inc. seeks a Pharmacy leader to coordinate and oversee pharmacy services within the hospital. You will work under the Director of Pharmacy Services to implement systems, policies, and procedures that ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations across the pharmacy team.

You will participate in quality and process-improvement initiatives, manage staffing and performance, and collaborate with clinical staff to develop programs. Florida licensure or timely attainment is required.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree (B.S. or Pharm.D.) is required.
• Two (2) years hospital pharmacy practice with one (1) year supervisory experience or two (2) years ASHP-accredited residency with one (1) year supervisory experience.
• Must be licensed as a pharmacist by the Florida Board of Pharmacy or must obtain licensure within 4 months of hire; license must be active once obtained.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development and implementation of systems and procedures for pharmacy services.
• Participate in Process Improvement and Quality Management programs and ensure compliance.
• Meet regularly with management to plan, revise, or implement new services, policies, or procedures.
• Coordinate scheduling and supervision of team members to meet goals.
• Participate in personnel management issues and conduct performance evaluations.
