Cencora is seeking a Senior Manager and Pharmacist-in-Charge to lead daily pharmacy operations for high-cost advanced therapies in the Dallas area. The role ensures compliance, licensure readiness, and quality across staff, workflows, and patient services, aligning with regulatory and company standards.

The PIC will supervise staffing, budgets, and performance metrics, driving continuous improvement while coordinating with cross-functional teams to sustain service excellence and safe dispensing

Qualifikationen

• Pharm.D. and active Texas license; PIC eligibility required.
• Minimum seven years in pharmacy operations, with supervision.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, audits, and licensure.
• Ability to obtain PIC licensure in other jurisdictions if needed.
