Value Apothecaries Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager and Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) to lead daily operations for high-cost therapies in a 100% onsite Dallas–Fort Worth setting. You will ensure regulatory compliance, oversee clinical services, and drive continuous improvement across staff and workflow.

The ideal candidate holds a Pharm.D. and Texas license, with several years in pharmacy operations and supervisory roles, ready to manage governance, budgets, and service quality.

Qualifications

• Active Texas pharmacist license required.
• Pharm.D. degree preferred.
• 5+ years in pharmacy operations with supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for high-cost therapies and PIC responsibilities.
• Ensure compliance with state boards, DEA, NABP, and accreditation standards.
• Lead staffing, training, coaching, and performance management.</br>
• Coordinate regulatory inspections and drive quality improvements.
