Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Senior Manager and Pharmacist-in-Charge for an onsite role in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead staffing, training, and quality initiatives for high-cost advanced therapies.

The role requires PIC accountability, licensing readiness, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives. Strong leadership and regulatory expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in Texas is required.
• Pharm.D. degree preferred, or equivalent.
• Experience as Pharmacist-in-Charge and supervisory background is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations for high-cost advanced therapies in compliance with laws and standards.
• Acts as Pharmacist-in-Charge and ensures licensing, inspections, and accreditation readiness.
• Leads staffing, training, performance management, and regulatory liaison activities.
• Manages budgets, expenses, and month-end financial processes to support growth.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure service continuity and quality.
