Qualifications

8+ years’ experience in clinical strategy, pharmacy benefit management, analytics, growth and consulting.
Deep understanding of the PBM and US healthcare ecosystems.
PBM account executive experience preferred.
Strong strategic thinker able to challenge status quo.
Excellent communications and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

Lead client Pharmacy engagements for Small to Medium clients and contribute to large clients.
Analyze PBM design, clinical and cost-saving strategies.
Procure, negotiate, and implement PBM vendors.
Audit PBM performance and strategy for specialty products.
Build and maintain client relationships and present findings.
