Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in long-term care pharmacy or institutional care.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot customer service issues proactively.
• Strong computer skills with Outlook, internet, and Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for assigned accounts; address needs, problems, and future requirements.
• Collaborate with pharmacy operations to resolve service issues and update clients.
• Build trust with clients through consistent service, support, and expertise.
• Assist in onboarding and data collection; provide eMAR support when needed.
• Deliver business reviews with facility management and present value-added services.
• Conduct training on operational best practices, regulatory compliance, and pharmacy tools.
