Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior Pharmacometrician to lead the model-informed drug development program, partnering with Clinical Pharmacology and other quantitative teams to guide dose selection and regulatory support. This role emphasizes PMx approaches, including PBPK/QSP and MBMA, to inform development decisions.

The candidate will design and execute PMx analyses for regulatory submissions, contribute to PMx infrastructure, and collaborate across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/PhD/PharmD).
• 2+ years' PMx and CP knowledge demonstrated progression.
• Strong quantitative data analysis, data wrangling, visualization, and programming skills.

Responsibilities

• Specify MIDD components with CP lead and supervise parts of PMx plan.
• Collaborate with quantitative disciplines to implement data plans.
• Plan, execute, and report PMx analyses included in CSRs and HA responses.
• Serve as MIDD SME alongside CP lead in therapeutic development.
• Maintain PMx infrastructure and contribute to cross-functional initiatives.
• Manage PMx analyses performed by vendors under supervision.
• Engage with health authorities as MIDD SME as needed.
• Collaborate with internal/external SMEs to enhance MIDD methods.
