Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Princeton, NJ seeks a Senior Pharmacometrician to lead model-informed drug development efforts across clinical programs. You will design and execute PMx analyses, coordinate with CP and other quantitative teams, and contribute to regulatory submissions and decision-making.

Ideal candidates hold an advanced degree and have 2+ years in PMx/CP with strong programming in R, NONMEM, Monolix, and Python. Hybrid work arrangements and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree(s) in relevant field: MS, PhD, PharmD.
• 2+ years' PMx and CP knowledge with progression.
• Basic quantitative data analysis and data wrangling.
• Programming: R, NONMEM, Monolix, Pumas, Matlab, Python, Julia.
• Knowledge of drug development processes and PMx approaches.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CP lead to specify MIDD components of PMx plan.
• Formulate and execute a coherent modeling and data plan.
• Plan, execute, and report PMx analyses for CSRs and HA submissions.
• Serve as MIDD SME in collaboration with CP and other functions.
• Maintain PMx infrastructure and contribute to cross-functional initiatives.
• Manage PMx analyses performed by vendors.
• Interact with health authorities as MIDD SME.
• Collaborate with internal/external SMEs to enhance MIDD capability.
