Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Director of Clinical Pharmacology in Princeton, NJ to provide strategic leadership across drug development, directing PK/PD modeling and model-informed drug development. This role collaborates with CP&P leadership and cross-functional teams to shape development strategy and regulatory submissions.

The position requires 10+ years in Clinical Pharmacology/Pharmacometrics, strong communication, and mentoring skills, with a track record of influencing

Qualifications

MS, PhD or PharmD in relevant field with post-doctoral training.
Approximately 10+ years’ experience in Clinical Pharmacology/Pharmacometrics with drug development exposure.
Strong knowledge of current Clinical Pharmacology practices and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for clinical pharmacology across development programs.
Mentor CP&P leads and oversee study design, data analysis, and reporting.
Represent CP&P in cross-functional governance and regulatory interactions.
Lead development of Clinical Pharmacology Plans and asset-level strategies.
Drive portfolio-level decision-making with senior leadership.
