Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Princeton, NJ seeks an Associate Director of Clinical Pharmacology to drive PK/PD modeling, plan and execute CP&A activities, and mentor the CP&P team. The role partners with cross-functional teams to inform drug development decisions and support regulatory interactions.

The candidate will lead CP studies, contribute to design of Phase 2/3 trials, and help shape development strategies across therapeutic areas. Strong communication and mentorship are essential.

Qualifications

• MS, PhD or PharmD in relevant field.
• 5+ years’ experience in Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacometrics.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Independently contribute to development of compounds across therapeutic areas.
• Input to Phase 2/3 study design and registrational strategy with supervision.
• Accountable for CP&P Plan and trial-level pharmacology activities.
• Lead design of CP studies including data analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate on cross-functional teams and regulatory submissions.
• Serve as CP&P SME and mentor staff within CP&P.
