Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Clinical Pharmacology Lead to support Pfizer's Internal Medicine portfolio, focusing on model-informed drug development (MIDD). Role: Clinical Pharmacology Lead supporting Pfizer's Internal Medicine portfolio, specializing in model-informed drug development (MIDD).

Responsibilities

• provide clinical pharmacology expertise for study design, dose selection, and regulatory interactions
• design and oversee clinical pharmacology plans, integrate PK/PD data, and contribute to regulatory documents
• act as representative on multidisciplinary teams
• ensure best practices in clinical pharmacology and MIDD
• stay current with literature and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• MD/PhD or PharmD with 0+ years industry experience
• strong quantitative skills in PK/PD modeling (e.g., NONMEM, R)
• excellent communication and leadership capabilities
• experience in clinical pharmacology within biopharma, especially across early to late-stage development
