Job summary

Lumicera is seeking a Pharmacy Fulfillment Manager (PIC) to lead daily specialty mail-order operations, ensure compliance with federal/state laws and accrediting standards, and oversee dispensing workflows, inventory, and patient service. You will partner with clinicians, reimbursement teams, logistics and vendors to optimize outcomes.

A PharmD or BS license and 5+ years as a pharmacist are required, with leadership experience in high-volume settings.

Qualifications

• PharmD or BS degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Pharmacist in the state of residence, or ability to reciprocity within 4 months.
• 5+ years as a licensed Pharmacist.
• Leadership experience in multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy operations, REMS, and regulatory inspections.
• Familiarity with URAC/ACHC accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily specialty mail pharmacy fulfillment operations, including dispensing, verification, shipping, cold-chain handling, and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state pharmacy laws and accreditation standards; maintain SOPs and training records.
• Manage staff scheduling, coaching, and performance for pharmacists and technicians.
• Drive quality and safety programs, CAPA, and continuous process improvement.
• Oversee inventory, REMS programs, controlled substances where applicable, and cold-chain integrity.
• Prepare for audits/inspections and coordinate regulatory communications with regulators.
