egg is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead production and delivery of congresses, meetings and brand experiences for a key pharmaceutical client. You will guide the account, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while coaching project teams and maintaining strong client relationships.

Fluent English and Spanish are essential, with 8+ years in pharma/healthcare event environments. A hybrid work setup with international opportunities is offered.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in an event agency environment with pharma/healthcare clients.
• Experience managing dedicated client accounts with governance and regulatory requirements.
• Strong delivery and operational process management, reporting and team coordination.
• Expertise in resource planning, utilization, forecasting and budget oversight.
• Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken).
