Job summary

Unbridled is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of domestic and international healthcare congresses and pharmaceutical meetings. You will own end-to-end programs, manage client partnerships, and oversee budgeting, contracting, and compliance within regulated environments.

The role requires leadership of cross-functional teams, on-site operations, and collaboration across creative, content, production and travel workstreams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of meeting or event planning experience
• Experience managing US and international congresses
• Full-service pre-event and on-site planning experience

Responsibilities

• Lead full-service planning and execution for domestic and international healthcare congresses and pharmaceutical meetings from kickoff through reconciliation
• Build and manage strong client relationships, serving as the primary day-to-day contact and providing proactive guidance
• Translate client objectives and congress strategy into detailed scopes, timelines, workplans, and operational standards
• Manage all program elements, including venue contracts, meeting space, menus and decor, attendee registration and transportation
• Coordinate regulated planning requirements, including spend caps, HCP reporting and reimbursements, and regulatory sign-off
• Lead timeline management across all workstreams and manage risks and decisions
• Own program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost-savings tracking
• Understand and execute within master service agreements and client requirements
• Oversee Cvent strategy and execution for registration and reporting
• Plan site inspections and travel planning with clients and vendors
• Direct on-site operations and manage teams and partners
• Maintain program resumes and post-program deliverables
• Support quarterly and year-end reporting and measure performance
