Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in meeting and event management with 2-4+ years in HCP events.
• Experience with pharmaceutical compliance requirements and industry best practices.
• Strong planning, budgeting, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of complex HCP meetings and engagement programs.
• Manage timelines, budgets, logistics, and vendor relations.
• Coordinate attendee registration, travel, and onsite execution.
• Ensure programs comply with pharmaceutical regulations and client policies.
