Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking a Sr. Training Manager to develop, deliver, and manage training programs for pharmaceutical clients. You will create content, manage projects, and facilitate engaging live or virtual sessions, leveraging strong selling skills in life sciences.

The role emphasizes collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, ongoing material development, and coaching of field trainers. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in pharma sales training are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a pharmaceutical training environment is mandatory.
• Experience in pharmaceutical sales training is preferred.
• Proven track record in developing and executing training programs.
• Familiar with learning principles and instructional design.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Travel ~50% based on client training needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training materials for pharma clients across disease states and products.
• Design, develop, and implement live and virtual training programs.
• Lead facilitation sessions and train-the-trainer programs.
• Support project management practices, including timelines and milestones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create dynamic learning materials.
• Assist in LMS setup, portal management, and production services.
• Provide ongoing coaching to field-based trainers and sales leaders.
