Job summary

Syneos Health in the United States is seeking a Sales Trainer to develop, deliver and manage customized training programs for the client’s field teams. You will lead content creation, coordinate with Marketing and Field Sales, and ensure alignment with brand objectives while traveling up to 70% as needed.

The role requires 5+ years in Commercial Biotech/Pharma and hands-on experience with training content, product launches, and virtual platforms. A strong proficiency in MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Commercial Biotech/Pharma.
• Minimum 2 years field training experience.
• Experience creating training content and curriculum development.
• Experience delivering and facilitating disease & product training.
• Product Launch experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing training content for new hire training, national sales meetings, POA meetings, manager meetings, and other training initiatives.
• Interface with Client Marketing and cross functional teams to deliver training to Field Sales Teams.
• Design and maintain a workable Training Plan with goals, strategies, and tactics.
• Develop training concepts and sequencing for all training efforts.
• Works with relevant teams to determine metrics to assess training success.
• Design and develop content for all forms of training delivery.
• Oversee live training logistics and preparation support.
• Deliver all training programs, live and virtual.
• Evaluate competency levels and provide timely feedback.
