Job summary

GSW, powered by Syneos Health, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive multidisciplinary teams across multichannel campaigns. You’ll plan, organize and execute projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery while maintaining team engagement.

The role emphasizes strategic delegation, problem-solving, and robust communication with both internal teams and clients. Experience in advertising/healthcare communications and Wrike is a plus, with a focus on maintaining

Qualifications

BS or BA (or relevant experience)
Proven ability to manage complex projects with clear deliverables and timelines
Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Drive internal agency processes, ensure team adherence to guidelines and resolve issues
Collaborate with Project Planners to understand estimates and work plans
Allocate Creative team members to projects with resource managers and studios
Maintain clear task directions in Wrike and coordinate with Creative Director and Planners
Capture next steps and deliverables in reports and distribute to the team
Lead risk analysis and communicate potential roadblocks to leadership
Facilitate client-creative communications and align project direction
Ensure documentation and directives are properly shared with all affected staff
Support staff training for new PMs and handle additional duties as needed
