Job summary

CG Life in the United States is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead initiatives from initiation to delivery, ensuring on-time, on-scope, and on-budget results. You will partner with Account Management, Creative, Strategy, and Production to drive collaboration and high-quality execution across integrated marketing programs.

The role requires proven leadership, adaptability, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of project management in integrated advertising/marketing.
• Experience with AOR Pharma Launch.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-channel campaigns.
• Proficiency with project management tools and MS Office.
• PMP, Six Sigma or related certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale, complex projects across campaigns, launches, digital and print.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, scopes, budgets, forecasts, and resources.
• Own project facilitation through lifecycle, align across teams.
• Monitor health, risks, issues, and deliverables with updates.
• Lead client meetings and provide status updates.
• Ensure adherence to agency standards and quality expectations.
• Mentor junior PMs and support onboarding.
• Utilize tools like Workfront, Smartsheet, Hive, SharePoint.
