Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher is required or equivalent experience in healthcare/biotech sales.
• Associate Degree plus 4+ years of sales experience as an alternative.
• High school diploma with 8+ years of clinical/sales experience as another pathway.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical knowledge of Amgen’s products to medical professionals to drive appropriate utilization.
• Lead as a sales leader to achieve territory sales targets through branded messages and programs.
• Develop relationships to service accounts, manage contracts, and address reimbursement issues.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and help develop territory plans with the District Manager.
• Partner with colleagues to share best practices and improve sales performance.
• Demonstrate passion for Amgen’s products and maintain patient focus throughout the sales cycle.
